4 Easy Ways to Decorate Pumpkins

4 Easy Ways to Decorate Pumpkins

The Patch, our white pumpkin succulent planter, is already a unique touch for fall. But for the ones who like to get creative, here are four crafty ideas.

What you'll need:

Start by cleaning up your pumpkin with a damp paper towel. Once dry, cut out a 2-3 inch wide circle on the top of your pumpkin. Make sure you scoop out all of the 'guts' to make room for the succulent.

Now that the succulent is nestled snugly in the freshly carved pumpkin, it’s time to get to decorating.

Draw A Pattern
Think of your mini white pumpkin as a blank canvas. Grab some paint markers or a Sharpie and start drawing your fave floral pattern.

Show Some Face
Carving a face into your mini pumpkin isn’t so easy, but drawing one is. Give your pumpkin a wink, a smile, or even a nose ring.

Add Studs
For a chic touch, grab some silver or gold studs and simply press them into the lines of your pumpkin. Bonus points if you paint the stem to match.

Write It Down
Have a favorite saying or quote? Put it to good use and jot it down on your pumpkin.
